First off, for some reason i was under the impression that JC Penny was closed. i guess i was mistaken. Putting another clothing line under their fashionable belts, Mary-Kate and Ashley have branched out to do a juniors line for JCP. The line will be focused on sportswear and accessories, and in 600 stores nationwide. The line deemed "Olsenboye" will be sold for $20 - $50 smackers!
