SXSW Sunday, March 14th

overall it was a pretty good night. the music part of sxsw doesn't officially start until Wednesday. checked out a couple of places. went to the pure volume house @ the new place. i liked it a lot more last year. it was a lot bigger and more free alcohol. i did get two free drinks and i got to see this random band "Mcalister Dr." They were actually pretty good. the lead singer reminded me of the singer from local band L.A.X. who is also playing a couple of shows at south by.

they also did a cover of a Beatles song that was really good. don't ask me which one. after pure volume we moseyed on over to jackalope for a drink. we tried to get into an open bar with a cupcake bar but it was invite only. rude. we did however go to the cheeseburger party. it was insane. i had 4 burgers. Matt had 7. we got really full. next, we were in line for free wine @ Lanai, randomly some wine expert (apparently famous) came out and moved the party to "speakeasy." we had some wine there and called it a night. im super stoked about tonight!!!!!
